Seeking Guidance on Resuming Feature in Articulate Storyline 3

hope this message finds you well. My name is Makanjuola Toyibat Wuraola, and I am reaching out to you because of  my inability to prompt my project on articulate storyline 3 to resume after publishing it .

I am currently working on a project where I need to ensure that the content I've designed allows users to resume from where they left off. Despite my attempts, including publishing as SCORM 2004 and have also prompted it to resume, I haven't achieved the desired result.

I admire everyone one here proficiency in this field and I was wondering if you could spare a moment to share some insights or guidance on how to implement the resume feature effectively in Articulate Storyline .

Your expertise would be invaluable, and I appreciate any advice or recommendations you can provide.Thank you for considering my request, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

  • Hi Makanjuola,

Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes Community! 🎉

I'm sorry you've hit this snag with the resume function in Storyline. Thanks for sharing that you've already tried publishing with SCORM 2004; that's a great choice! Please confirm whether it's SCORM 2004, 3rd, or 4th Edition. Both support a longer suspend data, which helps with the resume function. If the issue persists, try applying the other suggested solutions in this article:

Please let me know if you have any questions!
