Video restarting when scrubbing/seeking
Hello!
We are currently having an issue when testing courses designed in Rise 360 that we are not able to scrub ahead on videos and the video will start over when you try. Allow seeking is checked within the block as well as at the course level in theme. Not all team members are experiencing this, myself and another user are having the problem while one team member does not have the issue at all.
We experience the issue within the course design page, preview, review, and during testing in our LMS. We have tried different browsers, have cleared history/cache/cookies with no change. We are also using an incognito browser when testing in the LMS to help avoid issues.
It looks like there have been some issues with this in previous versions of Rise 360, but seems like it is more of a system issue than a rise issue since not all of us are having the problem. Have attached a video to show what we are seeing. Anyone else seeing this?

Do you know what your video codec is?
H.264 (x254), 30 FPS seems to work well

Not sure that this is a video formatting issue as they were were previously hosted on vimeo and links were embedded with no issues. I know that would be using a different video handler and maybe that would make a difference?
Also would assume this is not the issue based on that fact that it works for some team members fine, but not for others.

Hi Brandon,
We have not seen this problem in Rise Preview, or our LMS using either Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Scrubbing/seeking is working correctly in all cases.
