Video image runs off the page in Storyline

I haven't encountered this behavior before, so I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are you working locally when making changes to your project file?
- Are you able to replicate the behavior in a new project file?
- Does the same behavior happen when you use Youtube videos instead of Vimeo ones?
- Does resizing your videos so that the bottom part will display properly help?
- Have you tried doing a repair of Storyline 360 if the behavior affects all of your embedded videos?
