Uploading images/videos on a Mac

Mac users: have you recently had issues uploading images or videos on Rise? I keep having this issue (look at the attachment) whenever I try to upload or replace pictures in Rise. I've cleared my cache and it still gives me this error message. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this?

    Sorry to hear that you've run into this issue!

    I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and had some follow-up questions to start.

    • Does this issue occur regardless of the image/video file being used? Or is it specific to certain ones?
    • Sometimes plugins cause odd behavior. Do you still get the same results when using an Incognito browser?
    • Can you confirm the supported browser you are using is updated?
