very slow response to any clicks
Hello, I am working on a SL360 project, for many days. I save often and to my hard drive. The last few days, after clicking to move, modify, whatever...it takes up to 25 seconds for the action to occur, such as the timeline item to even turn blue. No other programs are having issues on this computer. I have rebooted my computer, reached out to IT. Removed and reinstalled Art360. Still happening. It has happened before, but not as bad and somehow it resolved itself I guess. Any suggestions?

Out of curiosity, I started a new project and it is responding normally......

I saved as a different name, no improvement.
Someone suggested insufficient ram and speed but I have been using this computer for over a year on these projects....
Hello Stephen!
So sorry to hear you have had trouble with Storyline 360 on your end. Glad that you were able to resolve the problem, you were doing all the right things!
I have a few questions to better understand what is occurring:
- Does the same delay happen when you import the previous project into a new project?
- Have you run into any issues as you are developing within the new Storyline file?
Please reach out to us here in the E-Learning Heroes Community or privately in a support case.
Have a great afternoon!

Actually Luciana, I was not able to solve the problem and have submitted it as a case. It does seem to be only that file so it may be corrupt but I have no idea what to do next or how to fix it. I have not, nor never, imported a project. Not sure what that is....just copying a project into a new project with a different name? And, no, I initiated a new SL file yesterday, with a couple of team slides, and it functioned as it should, very fast....

Now it is beginning to happen on a new project. The more graphics I add, the slower the click response gets.....
