In Articulate Storyline 3, I turn on the resume feature. Every time I revisit the assessment by clicking on the resume, my variable, which is used to show the number of questions, increases. Can anyone please tell me how I can overcome this or suggest any alternative solution?
Try this: Copy the trigger that resets the variable and paste it on the Begin Assessment button. That will ensure the variable is reset when the user retakes the quiz, even if they don't use the Retake Assessment button (for example, they use the Menu to go to the start of the assessment scene.
Another option would be to have the Retake Assessment button jump immediately to the questions. In other words, ensure that clicking that button is the only way to retake the quiz.
