User getting the emails as "Training Completed" even if all the slides are not viewed by the user or training quiz was failed by the user.

Hi Team,

I have created storyline project and published to P2L (Power To Learn) LMS production environment. I have applied the setting as per the screenshot(Tracking.jpg) where it is required for the user to view 100% slides and also clear final assessment in order to complete the training. After that I published the story to LMS with the output selected as SCORM 1.2 version. Now when I tested the story on server without viewing all the slides or even did not pass the quiz still I got the message from P2L team that you have completed the training.
