Uploading Storyline to LMS - issue

Hi 

 

I hope someone can help me.  I have been using Rise and Storyline for the last couple of years.  When I download the SCORNs and upload to LearnUpon all works fine.  

We have some colleagues who can not access LearnUpon so instead upload to our Xpert platform.  When we upload from LearnUpon all works fine but I have created a course fully in Storyline and have receive the attached error message.  Do you know why this might be?

    Hello Rebecca,

    I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! I noticed that the error message says "Web content." Kindly check if you published the Storyline course to LMS instead of the Web. Then, try uploading the published LMS output to Xpert again.

    If the issue persists, I recommend opening a support case with Xpert to help troubleshoot it. If you can upload the same published output to LearnUpon but not to Xpert, there may be an issue with the supported LMS standards. Storyline 360 supports cmi5, xAPI (Tin Can API), SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2, and AICC. Publishing your course to a supported LMS standard may help fix the issue.
