Thanks for getting back to me on this.
I am working on a local drive and tried fixing the installation issues. No luck. I have submitted a support case 03954632. I am working on a tight deadline and so request for a quick turnaround. Really appreciate all the help.

It's a great idea to open a support case with your Storyline file! I'm happy that Luiza was able to help resolve the issue by importing the slides to a new project. She also gave tips to prevent file corruption, which sometimes causes publishing problems like the one you experienced.
