Themes - has there been a change in the number of themes to choose from?

Hello - Just checking to see if there has been a change in number of themes to choose from. We use to have many now I only see three.  Please se attachment.

If there has been no changes - can you give me some guidance on how I can get the other templates back and why I do not see them any more.
