Hello! I have an assessment that asks Yes/No questions. I have been asked to add a text entry field that asks learners to type their reasoning for their response. Only the Yes/No would be graded. Is the Text Entry content saved anywhere? And if so, would it be accessible to the learner or their manager who will evaluate their results? Thank you!
I usually save these text entries to a Google Sheet using this tool: https://cluelabs.com/google-sheets-elearning-widget
And they also have an option to email the results to an employee or a manager instead of saving, that could work too.

To report text-entry content, you could have the user enter the text via a Survey slide. You'd also need to have a Survey Results slide, because that's what sends the info to the LMS.
