Sorry to hear you've run into this setback! Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've implemented so far!
It sounds like the same iframe that opens in full screen with SCORM Cloud doesn’t open in SuccessFactors LMS. This indicates an LMS-related issue. It looks like SuccessFactors is working on an update that will allow content to be displayed in full screen. I can't say if this directly relates to the behavior you described, but I would suggest having SuccessFactors support check the error message to see if adjustments can be made on their end.
