I just took over from someone that left the company. All the content is on the person's desktop. I am able to view it in Review 360. Is there any way I can get the content from Review back to Storyline 360?

The published project in Review 360 doesn't contain the .story file, which is the source file you need to edit in Storyline.
I recommend asking the former employee to share those .story files with you via e-mail or through a cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
