Thanks for your response. Yes, I'm working locally. But I found out what the issue was.
I'll detail it out for future reference to those who might have similar issues.
I read earlier somewhere that triggers in slides can cause errors when publishing to video. I had removed all of the triggers that were in the course, and I still kept getting the errors.
But just as I was about to send you my file, I remembered that for accessibility standards, we have a trigger built into our master slides that will auto pause the the slides when the timeline starts on the slide. The users has two options:
- 1. The users can switch on a toggle button on the title slide that will make all of the slides in the course auto play, as they advance through the course.
- 2. The users can leave the toggle switch off on the title slide. In this case, the users will need to click play on each slide, as they advance through the course.
I went into the master slide and disabled those triggers. And now it will publish the file to video.
So, bottom line, if you're having issues publishing your file to video, look in the master slides for triggers that may be causing issues.
