Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the behavior!
You can try the following troubleshooting methods to fix it:
- Repair your Storyline 360 installation
- Set the Scale option in your Display Settings to 100%.
To do this, right-click anywhere on your desktop and click on Display settings (for Windows machines).
