Storyline Slowness with AI

Hi all,

Has anyone noticed performance issues in Storyline 360 now that the AI Assistant is enabled?

For example, when I select text in the notes section, there is a significant lag between my mouse clicks and the selection of text. Also, often when I click into the notes box, it pops out rather than just putting my cursor in there.

I've noticed this slowed response since the AI Assistant was enabled. The trial has expired, but the issues remain.

Anyone else experiencing the same? If so, any workarounds you've found?

    Hello Michael,

    Sorry to hear about your experience with the Storyline notes pane. This is a known bug that surfaced at the same time the AI assistant was released in Update 92. The notes pane bug is unrelated to the AI assistant.

    I have added your comments to the bug report, and our product team is currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you can use Storyline 360, Update 91 until the issue is resolved.
