Storyline Responsive Playback Properties - Accessibility Issue (iOS)
When we restrict the orientation of Storyline content (to only landscape view), the message "Please rotate your device" is not read by Screen Readers on iOS devices.
iOS Version: 13.6 / 14

Hello Shraddha!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I just tested this on my end using an iPhone 11 using iOS 14 with Safari. I didn't hear VoiceOver read the prompt initially. However, if I was on a slide and rotated the device back to Portrait, then I could hear the "Please Rotate You Device" prompt. I've filed this as a bug and shared it with our team.
I'll keep you updated in this discussion.

Hello All,
Is this issue resolved for iOS 14???
Thanks for checking back in, Shraddha!
I don't have an update to share as of now, but you're in the right place to hear about any progress. Here's a glimpse into our process:

I am having an issue with courses played in landscape view. I am wondering if my issue is related to this bug? I restricted a course to be portrait only, and when in landscape nothing you do allows the course to start. The learner has to close out the course and relaunch the course in portrait view. Even if you start in portrait view, if the learner moves to landscape the screen displays the "rotate screen" error but never goes away.
Do you have any suggestions on a workaround for this? Hi Melissa,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your course.
It sounds like the issue you are running into is specific to the feature itself and not how it works along with VoiceOver, is that correct?
I see that you were able to contact our support team as well and that Cleo was able to take a look and reach back out to work with you directly.
