Storyline file not atatching to RISE
Hello all
I was unable to attach a Storyline file to my Rise course.
Currently, the Storyline is published in Review 360 and works well during review. However, when trying to attach it as a Storyline block, the message "in progress" appears.
Also, I tried uploading the SCORM file to our LMS, however this time I was unable to view the clickable pdf attachment.
Can you please let me know if there is anything that I am doing incorrectly or missing?

So far, we asked Joane to test publishing her Storyline 360 course to a new item in Review 360, and to try adding that version as a Storyline block. We were able to successfully add it during testing on our end.

This information is very useful.
Often people with similar problems reach a dead end in a thread when after some back and forth between forum members, the OP creates a tech support ticket, and nobody else knows how and if the issue was resolved.
