Storyline: Export-Issues - Export just stop while "Preparing to create slides"

1. Test whether the problem is file-specific or something with the Storyline installation. Please publish another course or a simple one with only one slide. If it also fails, run these steps to fix installation problems.
2. If you can publish other files, let's try to rule out possible corrupt elements on the affected project. Import the slides to a new Storyline project and publish the imported course. This process may help to fix the corruption if that's the cause.
3. We'd be glad to investigate further if both steps above don't help. Would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline file here or privately through a support case so we can look at it? We'll delete it when we're done!
