Storyline 360 | Preview Error
Unfortunately, the preview no longer works. No matter if I start a preview via the taskbar or hit "play" the timeline below - I always get an error message. Has anyone ever had a similar problem...

Sorry to hear that you've been running into errors when previewing a course in Storyline 360. I'd be happy to help figure out what could be causing that!
I have some follow-up questions to help me understand what you are experiencing a little better:
- Are you working locally? We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring in order to avoid erratic behavior.
- Does this issue occur in any course you are working on or just one in particular?
- If you cannot re-create the issue in a different course, I would recommend importing the slides into a new, blank course and proceeding.
- If it's happening in any/all files, I would suggest conducting a repair of your Storyline application.
