Storyilne 360 stopped working properly only on my laptop, some triggers don't work and screens don't preview. URGENT

Hello,&nbsp;
Since this morning Storyline stopped working properly, some triggers stopped working and some screens don't preview. This only happens on my laptop, but the project files work fine on my colleague's laptop. I've tried re-installing Storyline 360, but it's still not working.&nbsp;
Would you be able to let me know asap what's the solution to this bug?&nbsp;

I'm sorry to hear Storyline isn't working properly! Since the file works fine on your colleague's laptop, it doesn't seem to be file-related.
