story.html not Opening Another Tab

Hi all!

I've been trying to upload my storyline project onto Google Cloud Storage so that I can add the link to my website to display it. However, when I test out the story.html file in Google Cloud Storage, it downloads the file instead of opening another tab to display the project on the web. Does anyone know what's going on? I can't copy the link to the .html file if it's going to simply download the file instead of displaying it as it's supposed to.
