Sound disruption in Mozilla Firefox

Our learning modules are built with Articulate Storyline 360. We use language in the learning modules. We use Mozilla Firefox latest release as browser. We use ILIAS as the LMS. We've been having audio issues with voice acting for a while now. There are spontaneous audio dropouts. The audio dropouts are always in different places. We have tried so many things. There is no result. Anyone have an idea? Greetings from Hanover in Germany.

    There are spontaneous audio dropouts.

    this seems to be a problem with the processor performance

    with "about:performance" in a separate tab you can see was happens

    you get something like this (tested on Scorm Cloud with one of my video examples)

    and more infos with "about:process"
