SL Interactions in Rise
When I publish storyline interactions in rise, they always appear with a blank square with a play button in the center. Image attached.
How can I avoid this? It looks unprofessional
Most browser are set to prevent media from playing automatically; the user has to click something to indicate they want the media to play.
Does slide 1 of your SL have audio and/or video? If so, add an intro slide with no media.
