Shuffle Answer exception
Would be nice to have an option to exclude a particular question from the "shuffle answer" option in the quiz setting. Sometimes the answers are "all of the above" then can be kept in the order that we enter.

I would find this option useful for True/False type questions as well.
For "all of the above" type questions, I use "all of these".
