Rise "Something Went Wrong"
Help! I'm getting a "Something Went Wrong" error in Rise every few seconds. The error message is attached. I'm really unable to do anything.
In NOV2024 I am getting this message. I am able to continue to work on my course but only for a few seconds before the error message pops up. Any ideas? My internet is great.
No idea, having the same issue; load error or it loads then errors out right after clicking on a project to edit.
I am also experiencing this issue. Nothing showing yet on Articulate Status either.

Hey everyone! I'm happy to let you know that Rise 360 should be working normally again. Let me know if you're seeing otherwise.
Getting the same message as well on Edge and Chrome. It's also acting very slow after logging in with credentials.
I'm also experiencing this issue. It's been working fine for me all day up until now.
We are also experiencing this issue this morning (two of us on independent systems). Rise must be down. :(

Nov 2024- I have submitted a case for the exact same issues. I would recommend also submitting a case/ticket so Articulate Support can start to see the trend of users having issues.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Rise 360 today. I can confirm that our product team has applied a fix for this issue, and you should now be able to access Rise 360 normally.

I started experiencing the same issue earlier this afternoon, I've been building a course in Rise all day and it's been working fine but then I started getting the same error messages every few seconds. Is this a known issue?
