Rise isn't working properly - losing time at work
Hi Kimberly! I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing Rise and I would be happy to help.
I checked and it appears that our site security certificate is up to date. What browser are you using? Can you check to make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser? Have you tried a different supported browser to see if the issue persists?
I've done some research and I found this forum post from Google. A potential solution to this issue could either be clearing your SSL Certificate Cache or changing your Adblocker setting (if you are using any).
If you continue to encounter this error message, I would suggest reaching out to your IT department for further troubleshooting.
