RISE Gallery Blocks - JAWS reader

Question

Hi there. Having the same issue as this developer from a year ago:

Case: 03543536
If you use the gallery image block, and remove ALT text on the image, JAWS ignores the entire block and does not read the captions. When you add in the ALT text - JAWS reads it three times!&nbsp;
Has anyone found a work around for this?
