Collecting Monthly Learner Completion for RISE course in Brightspace/D2L

Hi there, we are trying to collect a monthly summary of learners who complete an open RISE course (residing in Brightspace/a.k.a D2L). We have attempted to collect the data by leveraging the LMS completion tracking but it is limited - while you can search on specific time frame required (cannot export) and it is manual. We've also explored ways to utilize class progress and run intelligent agents to scan and review course completion. The only other option we were considering is adding a single quiz question to the end of the course to tie it to the Brightspace Gradebook in hopes of being able to extract the data in more flexible manner from there. Wondering if anyone else has any ideas on how we could extract this learner completion info on monthly basis easily? Thanks in Advance.
