Rise Course Audio not working - only on my computer

Hi, 

For some reason, I am now unable to listen to Rise course audio for both published and unpublished courses. 

I had the content tested - the audio is working on other computers. 

I also checked my storyline courses - their audio is working as well.

This issue is limited to my computer and for courses designed in rise only.

I'll appreciate any help.

    Here are some steps you can try to fix the audio issue with Rise courses on your computer:

    1. Check Volume Settings:

    • Ensure that your computer’s volume is turned up and not muted.
    • Check the volume settings within the Rise course itself, as there may be a separate control.

    2. Browser Check:

    • Make sure you are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Try accessing the course in an incognito/private window to rule out any extensions interfering with audio playback.

    3. Audio Drivers:

    • Update your audio drivers. Go to Device Manager, find your audio device, and update the driver.
    • Restart your computer after updating.
