Rise 360: Unable to Delete a Lesson from a Course
I have attempted multiple times to delete a lesson from a course, it only says processing and does not complete.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Refreshing page
- Restarting Articulate 360 programs (with & without login)
- Restarting browser
- Using different browser

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
As a troubleshooting step, please try doing a hard refresh of your browser, which clears the cache of the website you're on, to see if this helps. Here's how:
Hold down the Ctrl + Shift keys and click on your browser's reload button
You can also try importing your lessons to a new Rise 360 course or duplicating the course to see if this helps. If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can check what's happening.
