Rise 360 Not working

Hi Guys, my Rise 360 will not open. If I can get it to open, it's taking forever to load... Then when it does load it says 504 Gateway Time-Out. I've restarted my computer, and checked my internet...

    Hi Luciana, I fear this is the old post about the issues we got at the beginning of the month. No new issues were noticed since then :)
