Rise hasn't been working for almost 24 hours
Hi Articulate team,
Rise has not been loading for almost 24 hours now. I have projects with deadlines coming up and there's been no correspondence from Articulate or any updates on the issue. Can you please update us so we can let our stakeholders now what's going on and adjust accordingly.

I am also having issues accessing Rise.

Agreed, I am having issues accessing Rise too. I get a gateway 504 error. Not sure what that means?

I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue.
We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. As Stephanie mentioned, we’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.
