Loading bar in 360 Rise

I have uploaded my Rise 360 by xAPI to my LMS, and the loading bar doesn't go away when viewing it in the Firefox web browser. The course loads and you can complete it, but the loading bar stays in the middle of the screen. When viewed in Chrome or Edge, or Safari, the loading bar goes away almost immediately. The course file is only 50 MB. The LMS says it is an Articulate issue since the loading bar goes away with other web browsers. Curious if anyone has had this issue or might know what is causing it.
