Rise 360 Hyperlink
Hello, in Rise 360 I have a hyperlink, works fine in Preview, however when it's SCORM wrapped and sent to the client and they publish it, the hyperlink does NOT work, it acts as if there is NO hyperlink. Suggestions?

We have hundreds of hyperlinks in our Rise courses that all work when published to our LMS.

As Karl has mentioned, Rise hyperlinks should work when the course is exported and hosted in an LMS. To test this, can you try creating a new Rise course with hyperlinks, export this and upload this to your LMS?
We also recommend uploading your exported Rise course to SCORM Cloud, a test LMS server, so we can determine if the issue may be related or specific to your LMS.
Lastly, check for any pop-up blockers in the browser or LMS, as this might hinder the links from opening correctly from the Rise course.
