Rise 360, course resets completion on relaunching a completed course

I have a course published as SCORM 2004 2nd edition on Articulate RISE, the reporting is set as Passed/Incomplete. On checking from SCORM cloud it reports completion as Completed and Passed on first...

Thanks for reply.

New update in this, when I published with SCORM 2004 4th edition it didn't give above mentioned issue.
