Rise 360 - Click to Zoom image and Close X Button UI Learner Feedback
Hi -
We received learner feedback about zooming in on images in a (published) course.
It's not intuitive to click the image again to go back, instead several learners reported clicking the Close X button that appears top right thinking that was the way to get back.
Has anyone had this experience or suggestions? Thank you

To clarify, are your learners viewing the Rise lesson through an LMS? If you're comfortable sharing which LMS, perhaps other members of the community using the same one can offer insight into this behavior.
Thank you Steven, yes, they are viewing the Rise courses in Docebo.
We have a Rise orientation that all students must take that explains this issue, the overall Rise navigation and user interface in general.
We've never had a question about this issue.
