Review of Rise Course (Anonymous Feedback)
I was sharing with my team links to a rise course and my reviewers are unable to comment as it shows Anonymous comments are disabled yet the Allow users without Articulate ID box is already ticked/checked.
Reviewers do not have to have an Articulate ID, but they must share an email address to leave a comment.
we have the same - but when they try and add some feedback, and put in their email address it takes them to the sign in page,,,

If the user's email address is tied to an Articulate ID and if they aren't already signed in, they'll be prompted to enter their password. See more details here:

aha - wonder if they have had a licence in the past,,,

It is possible that they had a previous or existing Articulate 360 license, or a current or expired trial account. They could have also participated in E-Learning Heroes discussions.
