Review link not working
A colleague who reviews my modules isn't able to open the Review link. She got this message (screenshot attached) when she tried to open a Review link. I tried several other courses, and she is getting the same message.
We tried yesterday and again today.
This is a new problem; she has been able to review dozens of modules in the past.
Any ideas for what's going on?
Hi Blended Learning,
Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue!
You can view content without signing in to Review 360 if the owner allows it. Here's a bit more information about how to access it. If you're comfortable sharing one of the Review links, I'd be happy to test it on my end. You can do so here or privately in a support case.
I hope this helps!

Many in my team are recently getting 'The connection was reset' message while reviewing courses from review links. Tried in different browsers, different networks, cleared cache, even restarted systems - but nothing is working. We are all from different places/cities. It is not a one-off case in one course, because this is happening in all the courses we are trying to launch from review links. Most importantly, this is happening since last week only. Previously, everything was fine. Any help please?

Can you confirm if the 'Allow users eithout IDs to comment' needs to be checked to only 'view' the review version? This wasn't the case previously.
We are having problems with review links no longer working when they previously did.
We only reqire them to be viewed, not commented on.

My review links, which always have worked, also are no longer working. Suddenly they bring reviewers to the Articulate dashboard, asking them to sign in. This is HUGE issue for pending hot projects!
Hi Zuzana,
I'm sorry for the trouble with the Review links! Please check whether you have the option to "Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment" ticked. You may refer to this article for details.
Looking forward to your response.
Hi Donna.
Thanks for reaching out!
The URL in the screenshot doesn't appear to be a valid Review 360 link. For your reference, here is what a valid Review 360 URL looks like:
https://360.articulate.com/review/content/ec434c3e-c120-4e96-a3a3-16a7b06d12bf/review
As a troubleshooting step, can you try republishing your course to Review 360 to generate a new URL and then share this with your colleague for testing?
