Review 360: Audio Sync Error When Publishing
Our team is experiencing a strange error with one of our team member's storyline software: when this particular user publishes to review from their machine, the review link's audio is all completely out of sync. This only occurs with this particular user, and only on Review 360. When this user previews the module within Storyline, the audio plays correctly. When other team members publish this same file to Review from their machine, the audio plays correctly.
Our team member has uninstalled and reinstalled their software, but this has not resolved the error. Support would be appreciated! We have a large team and depend heavily on Review 360 for internal reviews and external client/stakeholder reviews.

Since the issue is isolated to a single user, please have them try the following to fix the issue:
- Make sure that they are working locally when publishing the course
- Check to see that their computer meets the minimum system requirements needed to run Storyline 360
- Repair Storyline 360 by following the instructions here
