Resume feature not working on mobile browser
Hi,
The resume feature seems to be working when using a desktop but it is not working on mobile browser. The resume and restart button appears but when clicked it doesnt start from the same slide ...

I'm happy to help! Which Learning Management System are you using? If your course is not resuming, it could be because your LMS might be imposing limits on suspend data. Have you reached out to your LMS administrator yet? If not, they might be able to pinpoint if this is an issue within the LMS or the Storyline 360 course.
Also, you might consider testing your course in another LMS environment, like SCORM cloud, to see if the same resume behavior occurs in another LMS environment.
