Results slide : Edit score points for graded questions

Hi everyone,

I have some difficulty in storyline to set up the graded question.

To explain, I created a quiz with 10 graded questions (3 choices each) and I want to win +1 point if I am right and -1 if I am wrong. I managed to set this.

My problem is :  if I have 0 point and I am wrong, I want the score remains at 0 and does not apply point -1. And this to don't have -x points at the end ; I want  the minimum score to be 0.

 

Is there any setting to do this ?

 

I tried few layers in the results slide (for example I can set a layer with 0 if the score points is under 0) but it doesn't work if the score is between 1 and 9 (for me) because if I set up the wrong choice at -1 point and the total score can go under 0, the final result can be diferent of my count and it can consider that the student has not completed the quiz (to complete it I want the score point to be > or equal to 7/10).

I don't know if I am very clear, I am french and I am not extremly fluent to explain my problem.
