Replay files won't play, no sound, nothing. Reinstalled per tech support, now files all missing.

Has anyone had ongoing problems with playing previously saved projects?   This happens often for me.  Tech support told me to reinstall the entire articulate suite, confirmed that my project files wouldn't be deleted, but they were.  I'm at a loss.

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. Repairing any application included in Articulate 360, or the suite as a whole should not cause any of your files to get deleted.
