Questions and Question Banks in Storyline
This is my first time working with a question bank in Storyline and I've run into a number of glitches.

Thanks so much for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're running into these snags. I’ll share my thoughts on each question in numeric order so you know which questions are related to your original post:
- For all things managing Question Banks, here’s an article that can be of help:
-Also, I’d recommend taking a look at this article on Drawing from Question Banks to see if you’re on track.
- I see that you are having issues with seeing your Radio Buttons. Have you double-checked the Format Tab? Curious to hear what happens when you modify the color of the radio buttons.
3. Have you modified the color of the Check Mark or dot next to the answer option? Similar to radio buttons, could you check to see what you are seeing within the Format Tab?
- Where are you saving your .story files? Are you saving locally ( to your C: Drive?)?
As a first step, I’d recommend trying a repair of Storyline 360. The article linked walks you through the instructions.
In order to have a better understanding of your specific setup, it would be helpful to see your file. Please share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
