Question List names appears to be same for all the question slides

Hi Team,

I came across a strange issue while performing a template migration of old quizmaker assessment file. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the name of all the question slides remains the same in the question list. Ideally, it fetches the question in the slide content as the question name, when I prepare new files from scratch. 

Now the problem is that I am unable to reset the question list names all at once. The only option I can see right now is to rename each slide manually. However, it will be a huge task when I will come across files with 100+ questions. 

Please let me know if anyone can help me with quick workaround for this. Have also attached the file for your reference.
