I see that you opened a case with us, and you found that recreating the question bank with your own uploaded images worked in Safari. Previously the issue happened in Chrome for you. I hope you were able to move forward on your course!
We weren't able to replicate the issue using the same version of Chrome; so hopefully it was a one time snag. If not, feel free to reply back to us in the case. We want you and your team to be successful!
