Question bank - Articulate Rise
Hi all,
I have 32 courses we have created ourselves on Rise, I'm wanting to create 32 quiz banks to go along with these so every time somebody completes the questions they don't get the same ones. Each quiz bank will be around 25 questions so looking at uploading 800 questions in total.
I want to outsource this to a developer I have worked with before on storyline, but can't figure out how I can give him access to my account so to speak to do this (with storyline for example he could just send me a file as he has his own license).
Thoughts please?
Hi Jenny,
If your developer has a Teams license, you can add them to your Rise 360 course as a collaborator. This will give them editing access to your courses.
If they're using an individual license, unfortunately, there isn't a way to use Rise 360's collaboration feature. You can send your courses one at a time to the developer instead and ask them to send back the updated copy using the same procedure.
