Put Storyline Interactions Into Rise!
We’re so excited about the latest new feature in Rise: Storyline blocks!
You can now have the best of both worlds: custom interactivity with Storyline 360 and easy web-based responsive authoring with Rise.
Create any custom interaction you imagine with Storyline 360, and then easily add it to the responsive projects you create in Rise. And of course, your interaction will work perfectly on any device!
To try it out, just make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of Storyline 360. Then watch this video by our CTO Arlyn Asch to see how easy it is to add Storyline interactions to your Rise courses.

I'm actually a bit disappointed with how Articulate handles this topic. Also, I don't think it's the way videos are displayed on iOS as Articulate claims. On my iPhone I have a clean startup image of the video to play and a semi-transparent button (which is not needed for SL blocks). Actually it should be left to the desgners how their SL block gets started.

I was so excited to see this new feature today! It's going to make my lessons so much better. No more having to use Replay to record my screen. Thank you!

A couple deeper questions I have:
1) Are there any options or features that do not work or work well coming from storyline into a rise block?
2) Are data from variables and other LMS submissions elements like quizzes available as a Rise completion factor?

This combination is going to be a game changer!

I have just been trying this out and it works really well.
Great work!

ok that support doc answered my questions. Really tho, we need variable/quiz data to pass over to rise completion. I'm happy this block is here, believe me, but this would allow for expanded capabilities until Rise catches up in widget options!

Agreed! As well as tracking via completion and a quiz lesson, an Articulate 360 lesson which could be used for tracking would make this so much more useful.

it will be great for interactive/moderate gamification elements but a second chance is to allow for us to use it in an interim fashion for learner metrics
