Project not showing as recent
Hi, I just spent a goodly amount of time converting a PPT into storyline and went to view it and the app closed out. It is not showing in my "recent." Any idea where to locate it????

So sorry, if you did not save at all it is lost. The recovery needs you to save at least once

Hi Jennifer,
I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue!
I understand losing a file can be incredibly frustrating. We recommend working from your local hard drive and saving frequently. This article lists some common causes of file corruption, and how to prevent it from happening in the future.
If there's a chance that you saved your project at least once, you can check for a working copy of it in your computer's temp files by following the steps below.
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
