Problem inserting screen recording as view/try/test slides

I've been trying to work out how to log a support call, but going around in circles so wonder if anyone here can help.

I installed an update to Storyline this morning.  Since then I have been having problems inserting a screen recording as view slides.  It either inserts a single screenshot or nothing at all.  I have uninstalled Storyline, rebooted my PC, reinstalled Storyline and having the same problem.
